Fee Increase

Effective immediately, fees for App Prep, App Review, and Document filing are increasing

 

  • App Prep (Exam, Waiver, Replacing the Qualifier, Additional Personnel): $375
  • App Review: $225
  • Single Document Prep (Name change, address change, phone number change, SOS updates, etc): $175

 

The fees above DO NOT INCLUDE the state filing fees.
